For legalising documents to be used in Morocco, UK-issued documents require an Apostille from the Foreign, Development & Commonwealth Office (FCDO). Morocco is a member of the Hague Convention of 1961, which simplifies the legalization process by allowing the Apostille to be accepted in place of traditional consular legalisation.
For a Power of Attorney required for use in Morocco, our comprehensive Notarial service is priced at £202, which includes VAT. This fee encompasses the notarisation of the signed document(s) by a Notary Public and the subsequent legalisation with an Apostille stamp obtained from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) in the UK.
The apostille takes 48 hours to complete and will be ready for collection in our office or it can be posted anywhere in the UK or DHL abroad. We send you scans to your email of all completed documents.
