Draft the Power of Attorney document: Create the Power of Attorney document, ensuring it complies with the requirements and includes all necessary details as per Albanian law. The document should clearly state the powers granted to the agent and be signed by the principal in the presence of witnesses.
Notarise the document: Bring the Power of Attorney document to our licensed Notary Public in London contact us to make an appointment.The notary public will verify the identity of the principal and witnesses, and witness the signing of the document. We will affix their seal or stamp to the document.
Obtain an apostille: Once the Power of Attorney document is notarised, we will obtain an apostille. An apostille is an official certificate that verifies the authenticity of the notary public's signature and seal. In the UK, the competent authority for issuing apostilles is the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).
